MoneyLine s-Code processing updates

Congratulations to everyone who has made a purchase this week and to those I.R.s who are receiving commissions daily. Even thou the system is working we are also receiving feedback that a couple of enhancements could make the system even better. So our IT staff has implemented these enhancements this weekend.

1) I.R. s-Code payment Override option - one of the biggest areas we are getting feedback on is that new customers are making their payments to the I.R.s but they are not coming back into their MoneyLine Back Office to enter their payment details (which are required before the I.R. can send the s-Code). Some I.R.s ask for the ability to enter the data for the customer so they can finish the process and send the s-Code. This is now possible. I.R.s can go to menu item Communication - Order Center and click the View Open Orders link in the Purchase Order Request box. When you click a user who has an Outstanding Sales Order, their information will show up in the Purchase Request Tracking box. If the customer has not entered their payment information, a red button will display that will take the I.R. to a form where the I.R. can enter the data and then send the s-Code.
2) The second request from the I.R.s was the ability to help new I.R.s under them get started with wholesale s-Codes. To accomplish this an s-Code Transfer option has now been added. I.R.s can go to Financials - View s-Codes to see a list of their s-Codes. At the top of the list is a link to the "transfer s-Codes" form. The I.R. just needs to enter the required information and then confirm the transfer. Specific details reguarding the transfers:

Downline member - the sending I.R. can only pass wholesale s-Codes to another member that meets these requirements:

- the member receiving the s-Codes must be an Independent Representative
- the member must be in the sending I.R.s personal genealogy (not the company MoneyLine product line)
- the member must be qualified as the Class level of the s-Codes being given (ie. a Bronze qualified I.R. can not receive Silver Class s-Codes until they become Silver qualified)

Available s-Codes - only wholesale s-Codes that have been personally purchased from the company can be transferred. For example, Sam buys 40 s-Codes from the company and then transfers 10 s-Codes to Tom. Tom will NOT be able to send 5 s-Codes to Sarah because they were transferred to him and can not be transferred a second time.

Both of these options are now active and ready for the I.R.s to use.
